In association with the completion of new facilities at the University of Oregon School of Music and Dance, we are pleased to invite electroacoustic composers and new media artists of all ages and nationalities to submit their sonic-based works for programming consideration in the Sonic Rain Concert Series. The Sonic Rain Concert Series will feature new electroacoustic and intermedia musical creations with and without live-performers. The Sonic Rain Concert Series represents the commitment of Future Music Oregon and the School of Music and Dance at the University of Oregon to beautifully and musically present great electroacoustic and sonic-based new media works from around the world to appreciative audiences within the intellectually rich environment of a world-class university.
