Spring Festival 2007 Call for Scores
Workshop with Gemini ensemble, Saturday 5 May

Each year, as part of the Spring Festival of New Music, the Department of Music runs a competition open to students at UK music departments and conservatoires for pieces to be selected for workshop and performance by an ensemble. This year, the ensemble is Gemini and the workshop and concert will take place on Saturday 5 May.
Pieces are invited for any combination from trio upwards of clarinet/bass clarinet (one player), two violins, viola and cello – but not string quartet. The duration of the pieces should be between 5 and 10 minutes.
Please submit scores with a codename only. An accompanying envelope with the codename should enclose details of the composer (short biography and contact details).
